I
wanted to take just a second to tell
you how much I appreciate what you
did for my girls and I over the last few
weeks, in helping find the
perfect home
for us.
I am not sure exactly how many homes
we looked
though to find the one we
finally purchased, but you never seemed to
falter with your patience with us. (Not even when my two precious
daughters would say, This home will NEVER work, it doesn’t have THREE
BATHROOMS!!!”)
The
attention that you put on searching for a home with us, advising us
about different things along the way, and
paying attention to every small
detail in the offer letters and contracts, all made me feel like I had
no worries as I
was being looked after by you.
We closed
on the home last week and I have been getting the house ready for us to
move into. While I have been
doing some painting in the house, I have
been thinking about all that has transpired the last couple of years
for
my daughters and I, and how blessed I am that I have run into a few people
in my life that have assisted me
in moving on with life. You are one of
these people Ron. I never thought I'd own a home again, but you made
it happen.
